| Paul has been at Cypress Semiconductor since ending a 10 year stint at Simtek Corp. in 2000. Other than about 2.5 years working on Cypress' foray into MRAM, Paul continues to muck about in the development of the SONOS NV memory technology and its application at Cypress. Recently having completed an addition to their house near Woodland Park, west of Colorado Springs, he and his wife have 2 children; fun times in the mountains. updated Jun 07. | |
